Everybody seems to be interested in one of the most no-needed and non attractive movies still to come... George Lucas' fourth Indiana Jones movie starts rumors and the prestigious Star Wars director does his best to keep the public interested in the movie that is due to be in theaters next year.
Lucas, recently recognized by President George W. Bush for his achievement in technology and awarded a National Medal of Science and Technology for his company's innovative visual effects and technology in films on Monday is a very busy man.
He has to do his best to make the upcoming Harrison Ford movie appealing to bored of action and adventure flicks audiences and, moreover, has to start working on another too much talked about project, a 100-episode TV series of the classic sci-fi epic Star Wars.
Aware of the general lack of interest in worn out actors (such as old Harrison Ford) and expired adventure flicks (such as the Indiana Jones movies) George Lucas tries to sell his movie as a new kind of adventure blockbuster. He reportedly claimed: "Is All About the Script."
Yeah, right. Who can believe that Lucas and Steven Spielberg (most likely to direct) will favor dialog over stunts?
Lucas told MTV: "I think Tom Cruise proved that people are getting bored with that kind of stuff. What they want to see is something different. And Indiana Jones, if nothing else, is always different. I think it'll be a great film, but it's completely different. It's still got a lot of action, and it's still very funny. I think it works like crazy."
