The virtual battle between India and Pakistan continues

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), one of India's leading telecoms companies, had its website hacked by a Pakistani hacker called KhantastiC haX0r.

According to the Hacker News this is not the first time when BSNL's site is attacked.

This seems to be a continuation of the cyberbattle between India and Pakistan, a fight in which each side defaces a couple of high value sites to show off their power.

Strangely enough, it looks as KhantastiC haX0r is an Anonymous fan as the picture posted on the hacked page featured a guy wearing the well-known Guy Fawkes mask, the symbol of the infamous hacktivists.

Since they probably didn't affect the website in any way except for its front page, the telecoms company quickly repaired the damage and the site is now fully functional.
