Indian hackers have breached the website of the Panpacific University North Philippines (punp.edu.ph), Cyber War News reports.

It seems that Filipino websites are targeted not only by Chinese hackers, but also by others who simply want to demonstrate that they lack even basic security measures.

The attackers have leaked the administrator’s login details, but fortunately, the data is encrypted. They have also published over 400 record sets containing usernames, email addresses and password hashes.

These hackers seem to have a passion for finding security holes in the sites of major universities.

On May 11, E Hacking News reported that the same hackers had leaked account details from a subdomain owned by Stanford University.
