A horrifying video shot in India shows a man literally begging for help for him and his family after a serious car crash, only to be refused by passing motorists.

As you can observe, drivers passing him are traveling at low speed, yet none pulls over to ask why he is distressed.

According to NDTV, this incident was caught on camera in Jaipur. Not only did none of the motorists stop, but also officers operating the street cams failed to alert authorities.

A motorcyclist finally asked him if he needed help and he let police know about the accident. Unfortunately, it was too late for the victim's wife and six-month-old daughter, who died as they were being transported to a hospital.

The man and his son, who is featured in the video standing up were the only survivors.

"People in the CCTV control room didn't inform the police... There was a delay of one and a half hours... If she had been given medical attention on time she would have been saved," a spokesperson for the National Commission for Women argues.
