Sony Ericsson W350i, one of the newest Walkman handsets, was officially released today in India, the world's second largest mobile market.

[admark=1]Coming in a stylish semi-flip case, the W350i is a device that combines the ease of use with a set of nice features. The new Sony Ericsson offers, first of all, music-oriented features. These include: dedicated keys (on the external flip cover), Walkman Player 2.0 (with the Walkman on Top feature that enables easy one-key access to your music collection), Mega Bass equalizer, TrackID, access to PlayNow, FM radio with RDS and Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP.

Furthermore, the W350i also brings tri-band GSM connectivity with GPRS and EDGE, a 1.9 inch TFT display with 262K colors and a 176 x 220 pixel resolution, NetFront browser, push email, Instant Messaging, 3D gaming capabilities, a 1.3 Megapixel camera, USB 2.0, handsfree, voice memo, organizer, 14MB of expandable memory and a battery that should last up to 7 hours in talk-time mode or up to 300 hours in stand-by mode.

At 80 grams and only 104 x 43 x 10.5 millimeters, Sony Ericsson is surely among the lightest and thinnest music phones on the market.

The new W350i can be bought from all the Sony Ericsson Experience stores across India as well as from various other mobile stores. The Walkman phone is available in three color versions: Graphic White, Ice Blue and Electric Black. The first two versions both have a retail price of 7,295 INR (170 USD or 110 Euros), while the Electric Black version is a bit cheaper, retailing at 6,995 INR (165 USD or 104 Euros).
