If there is an award for the world's greatest boss, than this man should receive it with applause and all, and if there isn't one, well, it should be created and awarded to him just for his incredible altruism and devotion for his employees.

Michael De Beyer, the owner of Kaiserhof restaurant from Montgomery, Texas, really meant it when he said that the people working in his restaurant are an actual family as he is planning to sell his business just to help his 19-year-old employee pay for her brain tumor-related bills.

Waitress Brittany Mathis discovered she had a brain tumor after reporting to the hospital with a rash on her leg. Doctors told her that it was due to her blood clothing and made several test including a CAT scan and MRIs. The next day they gave her the horrible news that she had a tumor on her brain, notes KHOU 11 News.

The 19-year-old girl doesn't have insurance and didn't even sign up for affordable healthcare making her medical bills pile up at full speed. With all of her expenses, Brittany couldn't even afford to pay for tests in order to find out if her tumor is benign or malignant.

Finding out about her suffering and knowing about the gravity of the situation, the girl's dad also dying because of a tumor no one knew about, Mr. De Beyer decided to act upon it by selling his family's restaurant and donating the money for Miss Mathis' medical bills.

“I just can't be standing by and doing nothing. I have to try something because it is not right. Here's a family, they really work hard they have a lot of stuff against them in the past and they are not holding their hand open, they didn't even ask anybody for help,” the Kaiserhof owner says, according to KHOU 11 News.

Brittany and her family were amazed by Mr. De Beyer's incredibly altruistic gesture and couldn't believe it at first. The fact that someone could sacrifice himself for another person is quite overwhelming and this particular situation is as inspiring as emotional. The 19-year-old's blessing came in the shape of her boss, a man that deserves an immense appreciation and cannot be thanked enough.
