Perion Network, the company behind IncrediMail, Smilebox and SweetIM, has just announced a new agreement with Microsoft that will allow Bing to power its very own search services.

Bing’s search technology will thus be implemented into Perion’s safe search services, some of which are also available in the three main brands it owns.

“Bing offers a great search solution and we are confident our users will appreciate how effective it is at helping them find what they want in an easy to use fashion,” Josef Mandelbaum, Perion’s CEO, said in a statement.

Perion’s agreement with Microsoft comes only one week after the software company signed a new partnership with Google to extend its search deal that concerns the SweetPacks technology. The existing deal with Google runs through the end of May, the firm announced in a press release.
