Ikki Boot 5.0 No Longer Has Cdlinux

Ikki Boot, a Live CD multiboot that can be used for system recovery, partition disks, memory benchmark/testing and restore MBR, is now at version 5.0.

Ikki Boot 5.0 doesn't come with major changes, but some important tools have been updated in this new version.

Highlights of Ikki Boot 5.0:

· Parted Magic, a tool for partitioning hard-drives, has been updated to version 2012_04_21;
· (R)ecovery (I)s (P)ossible Linux or simply RIPLinux was updated to version 13.7;
· Clonezilla, a software recovery and cloning solution, was updated to version 1.2.12-37;
· SliTaz, a free operating system providing a fully featured desktop or server in less than 35 MB, was added;
· Cdlinux, a small compact distribution of GNU/Linux, was removed.

Download Ikki Boot 5.0 right now from Softpedia. Users are warned to pay really good attention to these tools as they can do a lot of damage if they are not used properly.
