Carmen Electra has only one purpose in life and we easily can say that she has accomplished it way back in the '90s: looking good and using those great looks to sit for incendiary photo shoots. Other than that, she is of no importance in Hollywood: she is not a good actress (even at those times when her movies actually do well at the box-office) and her career as a fitness instructor was too short to count.
Thank God she never tried singing! But Carmen is still loved by her millions of fans and, with photos like these, it's no wonder that she hasn't yet slipped into that corner of shadow. You know about which one I'm talking about, right? That very 'special' place where you can find, say, Pamela Anderson, once Carmen's most bitter rival in terms of sex-appeal.
No, Carmen is still doing what many other glamour models of her age would only dream of doing - still posing for magazines and attending fancy parties where her presence is specifically requested. She is, in other words, the ultimate celebrity - a person who is universally famous and who appeals to the public in general, not necessarily for something she's done. Kinda like Paris Hilton, only the opposite.
This is the latest photo shoot that Carmen took part in, for the Russian 'FHM'. Unfortunately, I have no idea what she said in the interview (if she gave one, that is) or what it is written on the margins of the photos. Frankly, I don't even care because I like to think of Miss Electra as of some dream-girl - drop-dead gorgeous and mute. Also, this allows me to imagine it says whatever I want it to say, like, 'This top is made of chocolate. Please have one!'.
No, I'm just kidding. Actually, I'm not. But the point remains that it's great to see that for Carmen, the years go by without leaving too many of the unsavory marks we've seen on other celebrities. And that Photoshop is still her best friend. Ooh, and that she's still willing to strip almost naked for money! Hey, it's her job, what would you expect? And I'm not blaming her.
