Rapper singer and actor Ice-T got himself with a vacation after a series of concerts in Australia. "This particular tour was set up for us to travel -- point blank," Ice-T said. "So it was like, let's set up some gigs, we will hit some clubs and you know, get like a paid vacation."

The star confessed to Australian Associated Press on Monday that he would never climb Sydney Harbour Bridge. He said he doesn't want to get "blown off of some bridge in Australia." "That is not where it is going to end for me," the artist added.

Ice-T, whose real name is Tracy Marrow, born February 16, 1958 in Newark, New Jersey debuted in 1987, with Rhyme Pays (Sire/Warner, 1987) and soon he became successful due to his lyrics and his original music.

He released 9 albums until now, including Home Invasion (Priority, 1993), Below Utopia: The Lost Score (Noo Trybe, 1998), The Seventh Deadly Sin (Coroner, 1999) and
Gang Culture (Snapper, 2004)

He debuted as a rapper in the films Breakin' and Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo in 1984, only two years after his first 12" ("The Coldest Rap", 1982) appeared. In 1991, he embarked onto a serious acting career, playing a police detective in Mario Van Peebles' film New Jack City.

Many other films followed. Ice T did a notable lead role performance in Surviving the Game in addition to his many supporting roles. He has also appeared in films such as R'Xmas by Abel Ferrara and Tank Girl.

As for more current/recent acting engagements, Ice-T plays Det. Odafin "Fin" Tutuolaa on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Another TV series that features Ice-T is "Players".(Wikipedia)
