We all know and love Ice Cube, the rapper turned actor who always seems to have a chip on his shoulder and a problem with the entire world. Fortunately, we're not the only ones who noticed that Cube doesn't have nice things to say that often, Jimmy Kimmel picked up on that too.

When he invited Ice Cube on his show yesterday, Jimmy decided to have him say nice things in his usual affected manner and the result is hilarious. “You are very good at seeming angry,” Kimmel praised Cube and then made him say basically nice things in his usual tone.

“You would not classify these lines as your typical angry-guy lines. In fact, they're quite the opposite of that. I'll read them to you and then you act them back to me in your own inimitable way,” Kimmel explained.

One example of such nice things the rapper had to say would be, “Lavender wash makes my pores tingle.” Some of the other lines were longer and Ice Cube struggled with them, which only seemed to make him even angrier, adding to an even bigger comedic effect.

“You know I went to the L.A. Unified School District, so I can't read that good,” he apologized. The actor was present on Jimmy Kimmel to promote his latest film, “22 Jump Street,” which opens in theaters on June 27.
