IPVanish VPN, a provider of high-performance VPN services, has released its official VPN client for OS X computers, allowing users to seamlessly connect to and switch between 2500+ IPs on 54+ servers.

Available to all new and existing IPVanish customers free of charge, the IPVanish Mac client brings auto-connect customization, unlimited protocol switching (OpenVPN, L2TP, PPTP), a comprehensive preferences menu, and unlimited IP address switching by city, country and/or server response time.

The app supports OS X 10.7 Lion and OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion. OS X 10.6 users can employ the current custom Tunnelblick setup to help connect using OpenVPN.

IPVanish also provides step-by-step instructions and visual guides for customers who prefer to set up a VPN connection manually.

For more information about the new OS X client, Tunnelblick and manual setups, check out VPN Setup – IPVanish VPN.
