One of the first Facebook-oriented announced this year, INQ's Cloud Touch has just been listed by Canadian carrier Telus as “Coming Soon.”

As we reported earlier, an internal document leaked at the beginning of the week confirmed that the phone will soon hit shelves via regional carrier Koodo Mobile, one of Telus' sub-brands.

It was just a matter of time before the handset was introduced by Telus and today we have the confirmation, as the device made it on the carrier's 'Coming Soon' webpage.

There's no information regarding the phone's price, but Telus will offer the Cloud Touch at various affordable prices with select plans.

On related news, the phone has already been price tagged by Koodo Mobile, which will offer it in the next few days for $200 or $50 on the Tab.

Specs-wise, the Cloud Touch comes with a 3.5-inch HGVA capacitive multi-touch screen with 262k colors support and 320 x 480 pixels resolution.

The phone features a standard bar form factor, just like its Cloud Q twin brother. It only packs 4MB of internal memory, but also features a microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 8GB).

However, as INQ suggests, the phone will be delivered with a 2GB microSD memory card in the sales package to make things easier at the start.

Equipped with a Qualcomm MSM 7227 600 MHz processor, the INQ Cloud Touch is powered by Google's Android 2.2 (Froyo) platform.

When it comes to software, the Cloud Touch is one of the first phones to use the Facebook social graph API, which enables users to follow updates from the friends they interact with the most.

In addition, with the new Facebook app, users will be provided with live feeds on the home screen and one-touch links to Chat, Friends, Messages, Wall and Notifications.
