IMDb Movies & TV Gets Major Update for iPhone and iPad

IMDb Movies & TV 3.0 for iPhone and iPad has received a major new update that includes everything from UI tweaks to under-the-hood enhancements, such as Facebook sharing.

For iPad users, the IMDb app now includes a plus sign (+) with any movie or TV show poster allowing movie buffs to add it to their Watchlist. Users can now sign in to get personalized movie and TV recommendations and see custom lists with updated sort and edit features.

A top 250 rank has been added to movie pages and the History and Watchlist icons now open previews from any page in the app.

Tablet users can also browse featured photo galleries and lists, most popular by genre, and charts, and browse from any page in the app by tapping the IMDb logo.

For smaller screens, IMDb Movies & TV 3.0 adds native Facebook sharing (iOS 6 only), TV episode details for filmographies, and the ability to navigate to the entire image gallery from any photo or poster.
