Toshiba's hall at IFA 2013 had lots of things on show, from tablets and cases to a bunch of television sets better than anything the company showed before.
The M9/L9 series TVs are the ones we took a longer look at.
They deserved the attention. After all, they are Smart LED LCD UHD TVs with the ability to render 3D as well.
There was a 50-inch prototype on display, along with a 58-inch model, an 84-inch TV, and a 65-inch panel, among other things. Some, as you'll note, were playing the trailer of The Hobbit.
Toshiba even had some 4K digital signage displays on one wall, and some demos of the Cevo video upscaling technology.
