Lenovo announced last week one of the cheapest 7-inch tablets to be available for purchase in Europe, the S5000. The tablet has been confirmed to arrive in November for only €200 ($265).

There will be two versions of Lenovo S5000 available on the market, a 3G model and a Wi-Fi only variant. Both models will be powered by Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box and will pack 1.2 GHz quad-core MediaTek 8389 processor.

Aside from the 7-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 1280 x 800 pixels resolution, Lenovo S5000 also offers 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 64GB via microSD card slot.

The tablet also sports a 5-megapixel main camera on the back with autofocus and video recording, as well as a 1.6-megapixel front-facing camera.
