Japanese giant Toshiba has displayed its high-quality 10” tablet during this year’s IFA event in Berlin, Germany. The new tablet is powered by Nvidia’s popular Tegra 3 SoC and sports a 64 GB storage capacity.

The official name of the new gadget is Toshiba AT300 and the screen of the device is protected by the famous Gorilla Glass.

Many less informed users really think smartphones equipped with such a protective film can handle drops just like their old mobile phones, but the reality is that Gorilla Glass is only scratch-resistant and will break at the slightest bump on the corner of a desk.

The tablet is well-endowed on the connectivity side, featuring WirelessN, Bluetooth 3.0, an optional 3G modem, an SDXC card reader, a microUSB port and a microHDMI connector.

There are two webcams present on the Toshiba AT300; the front facing one has a 2MP resolution while the backside one has a 5MP image sensor.

The battery will give you an impressive 10.2 hours of video playback.
