The smartphone will be launched in October for 130 EUR

Huawei announced six new Android devices at this year IFA trade fair. However, "new" does not apply for some of the products that Huawei showcased these days in Berlin, such as the Ascend P1 and MediaPad FHD 10.

Still, there are some completely new device that have been announced for the first time by the Chinese company.

Huawei Ascend Y201 Pro is budget-friendly smartphone aimed at youngsters, which is powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich integrated with Emotion UI.

Furthermore, the smartphone sports a decent 3.5-inch capacitive touhscreen display that supports 320 x 480 pixels resolution.

Hardware-wise, the Ascend Y201 Pro is equipped with an 800 MHz single core processor, 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD memory card.

According to Huawei, the Ascend Y201 Pro will be available on the market from October for a suggested retail price of 130 EUR.
