It comes with Android 4.0 ICS and Beats Audio technology

Unveiled a few days ago at IFA 2012, HTC Desire X is a powerful mid-range Android smartphone, which is expecetd to arrive on the market next month.

When it comes to specs, the Desire X is almost identical with the LG Optimus L9 with a few exceptions.

The most obvious is the fact that Desire X features a much smaller 4.0-inch Super LCD capacitive touchscreen (480 x 800 pixels), whereas the Optimus L9 packs a huge 4.7-inch display.

HTC Desire X is powered by a dual core processor clocked at 1GHz, which is complemented by 768MB of RAM and an Adreno 203 GPU.

There's also a 5-megapixel rear camera, along with 4GB on internal memory and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).

The phone runs Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system out of the box and embeds Beats Audio technology.
