ICG America is notifying customers after cybercriminals hacked into its systems. The organization learned of the breach on August 8, 2013, after being informed by a credit card company.

The computer security firm that investigated the attack determined that cybercriminals installed a malicious program capable of decrypting and capturing payment information from ICG America’s systems. The attack started in early January 2013 and continued until August 2, 2013.

It’s uncertain if the attackers stole any information, but they could have. The exposed data includes names, addresses, email addresses, credit or debit card numbers, expiration dates and CVVs.

The letter submitted by ICG America to the California Attorney General’s website on Tuesday provides some advice for impacted individuals on how to protect their bank accounts.

ICG America is an e-commerce and Internet marketing company that operates Flying Noodle, Amazing Clubs, California Reds and MonsterBrew.
