‘I’m Back on the Market, Boys!’ Katie Price Boasts in £300k Interview

Katie Price can keep quiet on her highly mediated divorce only for so long. After about two months in which the former glamour model, now successful businesswoman, has kept mum on the breakup from Peter Andre, she is now dishing out on all the dirt in a new interview with Piers Morgan for ITV, as the Courier Mail can confirm.

Over the weekend, reports emerged that, in the interview, which aired last night, Price would speak about a secret miscarriage she had just days before Peter Andre filed for divorce. Also then, we reported that Katie was speaking out on her undying love for Peter, referring to him as the one true love of her life and the man whom she will never forget. Be that as it may, it turns out that the model is already ready to move on with her life the second the divorce becomes final, saying she might even be married within a year.

“I’m back on the market, boys! Once the divorce is over I could be married next summer.” Katie told Morgan and the audiences last night during the interview. However, it was not that she did not love Peter Andre anymore, the star also explained, but rather that she couldn’t allow herself to be hurt anymore since, in the end, it was he who dumped her and not the other way around. “Just remember who dumped who. Peter seems to be forgetting that he demanded a divorce just 12 days after I had a miscarriage. Those are the facts and for him to cast himself as innocent and upset in all of this is unbelievable and hypocritical in the extreme. He is not the good guy as everyone is making out – in fact, the opposite is true.” Price stated.

As we reported on Saturday, Price also talks about the pain of suffering yet another miscarriage – her second to date, just days before having to run the London Marathon. A few days after that, Andre too announced her that he wanted a divorce. The singer, on his behalf, is said to be furious at Katie’s decision to speak in public about the miscarriage, which is, as he puts it, a private affair that should have stayed private. Even more upsetting for Andre is the speculation that Price got a £300,000 paycheck from ITV in exchange of the revealing interview, it is being said.

“He too is still grieving their unborn baby’s death and can’t believe Katie would be callous enough to sell a story on it. It’s the last straw – he’s livid that she’d put money before their right as a family to grieve. Nothing is sacred with Katie.” an unnamed source tells The Sun of Peter’s reaction to Katie’s interview.
