Sienna Miller says her enviable figure is not the result of dieting and regular workouts

28-year-old actress Sienna Miller has always been considered one of the best bodies in the industry. While she’s in top shape, she’s far from stick thin, which makes it extremely easy for her to wear the most outrageous clothes and get away with it; even more, she’s a trendsetter on her own. The best part of it, she tells OK! Magazine, is that she doesn’t diet or work out to look this good.

Of course, this is not to say that she couldn’t use more exercise, she is the first person to admit. Very active, Sienna gets bored too easily, which is why she prefers to do outdoor sports instead of going to the gym on a regular basis. However, she can already tell, that day will come too, since she started to notice that, once she passed 25, her body began to change. As of now, though, she says a very loud no to all diets and workout plans, which she finds too dull.

“I’m not a gym person. I used to be very sporty at school and I loved competitive sports, but it’s hard for me to go to a gym and just run. I get bored very easily, so I have to find things that are more interesting. I could do with being more toned. It’s small, but it’s not firm,” she says. Still, “I think I’ve reached an age now where it’s time for me to start working out a bit. I can’t get away with it any more. I used to be able to get away with it,” the star adds.

Her secret – that is, until she finds the will to finally take out a subscription at a gym and start exercising regularly – lies in wearing clothes that hide whatever flaws she may have. And she has plenty of those, she reveals in the same interview. Still, she would never go on a diet because that is just not her, and will always indulge in a piece of chocolate cake, even if that means dealing with her body-related insecurities afterwards.

“I was quite firm and quite tiny and as I hit 25, things started to change. Now I’m noticing more changes. You know, a top and bare legs at the back is not a pretty sight! I’m lazy and if I wear clothes, it’s hidden well. I do [try and resist chocolate cake] and then I make a joke that I should just stick it on my bum because that’s where it’s going. But I will then eat the chocolate cake and then I have definite insecurities about my body. I’m small but I’m not firm any more,” the actress concludes.
