Dean McDermott uploads apparently innocent picture, deletes it later

Some celebrities would sue like crazy if a revealing picture of themselves ended up online against their will. Tori Spelling probably won't sue husband Dean McDermott, but at least he'll get a proper scolding for what he did.

The other day, Dean took to his Twitter to share with his 77,000 followers silly pictures of himself and his gorgeous family.

The only problem is that one of them revealed more than he thought, which would indicate he didn't look at it too attentively.

“In what looks to be an innocent pic, Dean snapped a shot of their son Liam goofing off in their home, but if you look closely, there are a pair of exposed [breasts] in the background,” Celebrity Gossip writes.

It also has a clean version of the photo up. It would seem that Tori (if it's really her in the background) is reclining on a bed, while Liam is shoving his face in the camera.

“One can only assume they belong to the former 'Beverly Hills 90210' star and that the Rated R picture was an accident,” the celebrity e-zine further writes.

Further confirmation that the woman in the photo was really Tori comes with the fact that Dean has deleted it in the meantime, though two others taken on the same day (both suitable for work) are still online.

He didn't say anything about the incident, as neither did Tori.

Before it, the actress now turned reality star, used the social networking website to pen a letter to Dean on his birthday, thanking him for being her Prince Charming.

“I've known you my whole life. But only in my heart. I would dream of you for so long. So many represented you. My dad. Every Ken doll I ever played with. Every prince in every Disney cartoon,” she writes.

“It took me 32 years to find you. But only after I found me could I find you. Because you stood for the other half of me. You allowed me to be me. You've helped me achieve my dreams. I reach further knowing if I fall you'll be there to catch me. You've given me the greatest gift I can ever know. The gift of motherhood,” Tori adds.

As expected, the letter / happy birthday message ends with an “I love you.”
