14 DAY TRIAL // In yet another example of how cruel human beings can sometimes be towards animals, it seems that, after not being fed for as much as two weeks, one dog ended up binging down the remains of its dead mother so as to avoid sharing the latter's fate.
This unfortunate incident happened only recently in Lincolnshire, and legal charges have been filed against the people who were supposed to look after these dogs, and yet instead left them to starve.
Apparently, the person who rang the alarm and called in authorities to investigate the situation was a letting agent, who came by and noticed that the animals were living in terrible conditions.
“The degree of suffering caused to both dogs was extreme and prolonged. It was as severe and extreme as it can get,” states one individual who got to see the animals up close.
