The Humble Origin Bundle offer created by the HB team and Electronic Arts finally ended, and it officially broke all sales records, as over 2.1 million copies have been sold, and over $10.5 million (€7.8 million) have been raised for different charities.

The Humble Bundle team made a habit of offering great bundles of independent titles in order to promote not just the indie developers but also to help charities in need of cash.

A very special bundle was the recent Humble Origin one, which saw big publisher Electronic Arts offer quite a few great games, including Battlefield 3 or Dead Space 3.

The offer was a huge success, managing to sell over 2.1 million copies in 14 days, according to the official Twitter.

This means that around $10.5 million was raised and, seeing as how EA declined to get any money from the deal, most of it will be going to different charities selected by the large publisher.
