A new Humble Bundle collection of games called PC and Android 9 has been released, packing no less than five games ready for Linux.

The Humble Bundle people are continuing to support the Linux community and most of their collections of games comes with versions for the Linux platform. Some developers even go to great lengths to provide Linux ports specifically for the Humble Bundle.

Since the appearance of Steam for Linux, the Humble Bundle releases are no longer the main way of getting Linux ports for games that were traditionally available only on Windows and Mac OS. Now, almost every promotion from Humble Bundle comes with at least a couple of Linux titles.

PC and Android 9 features five games that can also be played on Linux, but as the name of the new collection implies, the titles are also available on Windows, Mac OS X, and Android.

Bridge Constructor is yet another very good simulator that allows users to build bridges and test them against various problems, like high traffic. As usual, you will have to be careful with the materials you use and with the budget.

Type:Rider is a different kind of game and takes the players on a strange and weird adventure. According to the developers from BulkyPix, the players will get to play as two dots and travel through the ages of typographic styles and techniques.

Ravensword: Shadowlands is a new RPG developed by the Crescent Moon Games initially for Android and iOS, but now a Linux port has been put forward. Players will be able to explore a world of beautiful landscapes and will battle everything from ancient trolls to prehistoric dinosaurs.

Kingdom Rush is a tower defense title developed and published by Ironhide Game Studio. It became a huge hit on Android and iOS platforms a while back and the developers chose to also make a Linux port.

The last game that is featured in the PC and Android 9 Humble Bundle collection is Knights of Pen and Paper +1 Edition, a turn-based RPG, in which the players will take on the roles of in-game players taking on the roles of their characters in a traditional pen and paper RPG. This is quite a meta experience.

As usual, Humble Bundle: PC and Android 9 will most likely receive a few more games, in about a week, but they will be available for free only to the buyers who paid above the average price.
