The new Humble Bundle PC and Android 8 has been released and comes with a lot of Linux-friendly games.

It's been quite a while since the last Humble Bundle collection that had all the games ready for the Linux platform, but this latest one is full of titles just waiting to be installed and played on Steam for Linux or just to be downloaded without DRM.

“Pay what you want for the tree-chopping fun of Jack Lumber, the sci-fi dystopian adventure-game, Gemini Rue, the witty sandbox-puzzler, Little Inferno and the sky-diving action of AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! for the Awesome (also included is the Android counterpart, AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! (Force = Mass x Acceleration).”

“If you pay more than the average you’ll also get the two-player chess game Hero Academy and the highly-anticipated, reverse tower defense game Anomaly 2,” reads the official announcement.

As usual, everything included in the Humble Bundle is available to play on multiple platforms – in this case, Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android. Even better, all the titles are DRM-free and some of them come with downloadable soundtracks.

“These games are DRM-free and work great on Windows, Mac, Linux and Android. Please note that this is the debut release for some of the Android, Mac, and Linux versions of the games. Thanks for your patience while the developers fix any 1.0 bugs as quickly as they can and don’t hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues!” also reads the announcement.

This means that it's possible that some of the games might have a few problems with Linux because this is the first time that they are being played on this platform.

Also, don't forget that more games will be added to the Humble Bundle PC and Android 8 collection, most likely after a week or so.
