You can stop looking for the craziest diet on the Internet, because we found the craziest one. Ukrainian model Valeria Lukyanova, also known as the “Human Barbie” in the media is again making headline news with her new diet which mainly consists of air and light.

That's right, Valeria claims she's better than plants who also need water to survive, she's actually saying that she can subsist without eating or drinking for weeks. According to the International Business Times, she is quoted as saying “In recent weeks I have not been hungry at all; I'm hoping it's the final stage before I can subsist on air and light alone.”

That's a lot of fancy talk which basically translates that she is starving herself. And the results are already beginning to show. In recent weeks she's been spotting an impossible thin waist as now her almost million fans on Facebook are saying they can see her bones.

The Ukrainian model is trying to push a new diet called “Breatharianism” as she believes she's going to live off of “cosmic micro-food.” This is coming from a person who also claimed she can talk to aliens, has the ability to time travel and frequently has outer body experiences.

The practice has been criticized before as a potentially lethal pseudoscience, as reports of several such practitioners dying of starvation made their way online.

The 38-year-old has been called the “Human Barbie” because of her uncanny resemblance to the famous Mattel toy, popular with little girls all over the world. But this resemblance has come at a cost, since Lukyanova admits to having undergone several procedures like bleaching her hair, chin liposuction, breast implants and spray tans.

All these efforts have been made in order to turn herself into a human doll or “the most perfect woman on the internet,” as Lukyanova said in interviews.

But wait, there's even more shocking news coming from the woman that strives to look like a doll. During an interview with a VICE editor last year, she claimed that she was certain she is not of this Earth and hails from a different planet, though she isn't sure exactly which one. Her guess is Venus.

Not surprisingly, she's made quite a few enemies with her appearance, sporting large blue contact lenses and cartoonish make-up, preaching out of body experiences and starving yourself in order to achieve perfection which she says is “limitless.”
