The news was confirmed by Vince McMahon, who said that the once legendary wrestler, Hulk Hogan was going to be making his return to the WWE circuit, to serve as host for WrestleMania 30, at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans.

Hogan is arguably one of the most famous wrestlers the WWE has ever seen, his bright blond mustache and long hair appearing in a number of commercials back in his heyday, as well as some action movies and comedies.

Back in the 1980s, he brought “Hukmania” to wrestling fans, but he hasn't made any televised appearance on a WWE event since 2007, when he returned for the 15th anniversary of “Monday Night Raw.”

Officially, Hogan is only billed to appear as a presenter, but there is absolutely no doubt that he will somehow find a way to reveal his signature lemon-yellow shorts and T-shirt and throw down on the mat.

Hulk expressed his excitement to be back, “Words cannot express how excited I am to be back in the WWE family. I only have one question for the WWE Universe: Whatcha you gonna do when Hulkamania runs wild as the host of WrestleMania 30?”

And he's not the only one. A lot of the current wrestlers in the circuit think that this could be the perfect opportunity to show their mettle and also knock down Hogan from this Ivory Tower as a wrestling legend.

Seth Rolings told Digital Spy that he was looking forward to going toe to toe with Hogan, “I mean hey, he's a legend, if he comes back in the WWE that'd be great for us just to have him around. He's an icon in the history of our business. But, if he steps in our way, he could end up getting triple-powerbombed too.”

Keep an eye out for Hogan on Monday, February 24, on “Raw” and see if he'll end up ripping his shirt on the mat.
