Huh... What?Marilyn Manson takes the upgraded Dita out. |

New couple alert! Yes, I know we've been talking about rocker Marilyn Manson and his 19-year-old girlfriend for, like, ages but this is the first time they actually stepped out together, holding hands and doing all the normal things couples do. Of course, 'normal' refers here only to those situations in which your boyfriend dresses up all in black leather, high platform shoes and wears more make up than you (what?, this hasn't happened to you yet?, just give it some time!). So, yeah, they are pretty decent normal folks.
So, the new IT couple went out clubbing or something. Aside from the fact that Evan Rachel Wood could easily be Marilyn's daughter (something about which I will refrain from saying anything bad because I'm not the one to have a thing against age differences in love relationships), maybe we should ask ourselves just one question: is Marilyn blind? Doesn't he see that she's trying to be like Dita?
OK, that was not one question, but two - just indulge me in this one. We all know this young actress and she is far from the Princess of Darkness that she's trying to look like. Her choice of outfit and make-up style as of late kinda resembles what her 'predecessor' tried to achieve: a similarity with a brunette Marilyn Monroe. For the young actress, it's not quite working and, frankly, she is simply coming off as some sort of clown who tries to fit someone else's shoes. And doesn't succeed.
Also, I will not hide the fact that I'm a Dita fan. Yes, I like her body of work and I truly find it very impressive. By that, I'm obviously referring to her many nude shots for various men's magazines and those taunting dance shows of hers.
You just have to admit that doing all this takes a lot of talent and dedication and... well, nakedness! So you can understand why I'm sorta opposed to Miss Wood and especially to her way of dressing.
I don't get it: if she's so unique, as the rocker says, why does she feel the need to emulate his former wife? Isn't that, I don't know, gross? These being said, I say these two are the total hotness and I would ask them to my party anytime. Of course, they would say they're too busy (like they do every year) and I would be left play-pretending all by myself. I'm sure they miss me, too.
