Wired reports the Radiation Shield Technologies of Miami has just announced its latest invention, Demron, the new standard in personal radiation protection, which should be known as the world's first nuclear radiation-blocking fabric. Just to get the idea of how huge this is, you should be aware of the horrific effects the radiation has on the human body, affecting everything from the hair to the blood system often leading to death.

The Demron revolutionary technology is currently being used for full-body suits, gloves and boots, so that it offers full-body protection against particle ionizing nuclear radiation, X-ray and low-energy Gamma emissions.
