According to the latest news on the web, we'll be able to see a G3 mobile phone launched on the market as soon as the third quarter of the ongoing year. The handset will come to T-Mobile, will run under the Google Android operating system, but will not be manufactured by HTC, as the first two Android devices, the G1 and the HTC Magic, instead
coming from Huawei.

We already reported that the mobile phone maker planned to come to the market with its own Android-based handset during the ongoing year, but the fact that the device will be branded as the T-Mobile G3 comes as a surprise.

Huawei already showcased said mobile phone back in February, during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, and it seems that the third handset to sport Google's Android mobile platform will be able to offer users a 5-megapixel photo snapper, as well as a rather small design and full-pack connectivity.

Although during the MWC 2009 Huawei kept the device behind glass and didn't unveil too many details on what it would include when launched on the market, we should expect it to come around with 3G network support, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, a large capacitive touchscreen, as well as a 3.5mm audio jack. No physical keyboard will be present on the specs list.

The T-Mobile G3 handset is expected to come to the market sometime in the third quarter of the ongoing year. There are no details on the price tag it will feature at launch, yet we hope that they will surface in the near future. At the same time, additional info on the specifications and features of the Huawei Android mobile phone should become available soon, so stay tuned to learn more as soon as details become available.
