Chinese mobile phone maker Huawei is reportedly gearing up for the launch of new devices running under Google’s Android operating system and Microsoft’s Windows Phone platform, and some more info on the matter is now available.

Apparently, the company has its devices categorized in four different families, including Youth, Gold, Platinum and Diamond, each with its own set of features and available at different price tags, a leaked document that has emerged over at AllaboutPhones.nl shows.

Said document, which can be seen above, also places the company’s Ascend W1 smartphone in the Gold category, which offers great balance between money and functionality, it seems.

According to Huawei, Ascend W1 was meant to bring Windows Phone 8 to the masses, just like Nokia’s Lumia 620 did, WMPoweruser notes, adding that the company might launch two new Windows Phone 8 devices, in the Platinum and Diamond series.
