No new details on the device itself have been provided along with the leaked photo, available courtesy of @evleaks, but its presence on the web confirms that Huawei will release the new flagship smartphone in a variety of color options.
For those out of the loop, we should note that Huawei is rumored to plan on releasing the Ascend W2 with a large 4.5-inch screen on the front, capable of delivering a 720p resolution, as well as with a dual-core processor packed inside.
Furthermore, the Windows Phone 8-based smartphone is expected to feature 1GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back, a 2800mAh battery inside, and a slim body, measuring only 7.7 mm in thickness.
