14 DAY TRIAL // Chinese handset maker Huawei has just introduced three new Android smartphones in India, the Ascend P6, G700 and G610.
AndroidOS reports that customers who wish to purchase any of the three handsets can do so via Indian online retailer Infibeam for Rs 25,750 ($420 / €305), Rs 16,500 ($270 / €195) and Rs 12,499 ($205 / €145), respectively.
The most expensive of the three, Huawei Ascend P6 features a sleek, stylish design and ships with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box.
It’s unclear if Huawei has introduced the dual-SIM version of the Ascend P6 in India, but if it has, the smartphone won’t come packed with microSD card slot for memory expansion.
The Ascend P6 is only 6.18mm thick and is one of the slimmest Android smartphones available on the market. The device is equipped with a 1.5 GHz quad-core Huawei K3V2 processor, 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory.
Furthermore, the high-end device sports a 4.7-inch IPS+ LCD capacitive touchscreen display that supports HD (720p) resolution, as well as an 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording.
Huawei Ascend G700 is definitely a dual-SIM smartphone that sports a larger 5-inch IPS LCD display with HD (720p) resolution and 294ppi (pixel density). The smartphone runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean platform out of the box and Emotion UI.
The Ascend G700 is powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory. It also sports an 8-megapixel photo snapper and 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera.
Last but not least, Huawei Ascend G610 is another dual-SIM smartphone that ships with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean platform and packs a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor.
In addition, the handset has a large 5-inch IPS LCD display, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory, 5-megapixel rear-facing camera and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).
