Unveiled earlier this month at Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2014, Huawei Ascend Mate 2 is expected to hit shelves in Q1. Unfortunately, the Chinese company did not yet reveal any details on pricing and release date.

However, Phonearena reports that Chinese online retailer Vmall has already listed the Huawei Ascend Mate 2 and is now taking pre-orders for the smartphone.

Customers in China can purchase the Ascend Mate 2 for only 2,688 yuan outright, which is about $445 or €325. Keep in mind though that this is the 3G version of the phablet, which comes with a 1.6GHz quad-core Hisilicon V9R1 processor inside.

The LTE-enabled variant is expected to arrive in the United States in the coming weeks and the smartphone will be equipped with a 1.6GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor.
