We reported last week on the upcoming release of the Huawei Ascend D1 Quad XL at WIND Mobile, though details on the phone's exact launch date and pricing options were a mystery. Today, the folks over at
MobileSyrup were able to confirm that Huawei's Android flagship smartphone would arrive at WIND Mobile on November 15.
Customers will be able to purchase it for $100/€80 on WINDtab with the Unlimited Wish 40 plan, or for $350/€275 on WINDtab with the Unlimited Wish 25 plan.
Additionally, those who do not wish to commit to a plan with WIND Mobile can grab the Huawei Ascend D1 Quad XL for $500/€390 upfront.
The smartphone ships with
Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system out of the box and packs a 1.4 GHz quad-core Huawei K3V2 processor, accompanied by 1GB of RAM and 8GB of ROM.
