“What kind of idiot goes to SeaWorld anyway?” he asks

PETA is no fan of marine park SeaWorld, and neither is Howard Stern. Following the news that, despite being accused of horrific animal cruelty, the marine park continues to breed dolphins and other animals, PETA threw a fit and once again demanded that SeaWorld be held legally accountable for its actions.

By the looks of it, Howard Stern does not take lightly to the marine park's treatment of whales and dolphins either.

“I happen to believe that you can’t lock a whale up in captivity. That is so cruel, come on, give me a break. From what I’m reading whales are like, almost like people in terms of intelligence and family, and then they separate them out, and it’s, like, heartbreaking,” Howard Stern says, as cited by PETA.

Unlike the animal rights activists working with PETA, who more often than not settle for lashing out at SeaWorld and kindly asking that people quit visiting the marine park, Howard Stern also has some very harsh world for fans of dolphin and whale shows.

“What kind of idiot goes to SeaWorld anyway?” he asks in an attempt to stress that those who attend whale and dolphin shows are just as guilty and blame-worthy as the people who force the animals to perform.
