Just go to the nearest Best Buy shop and you can get your hands on a tablet

The Surface Pro 3 was officially launched last month in New York, but shipping will only begin later this month for those who pre-ordered a device, the company said.

If you, however, want to try out the new model without placing an order first, Best Buy stores across the United States and Canada now have the Surface Pro 3 on display, allowing you to discover its features without paying a single cent.

The company announced the availability of testing units in Best Buy stores today, while also revealing that sales at retailers will officially being on June 20 in Canada and the United States.

“Surface Pro 3 will go on sale on Friday, June 20 in Canada and the United States at a variety of retailers, but starting today you can check it out in person in select stores. You’ll be amazed that a PC this powerful is contained in the body of a tablet that is this thin and this light. You’ll be able to see Surface Pro 3 beginning today at Microsoft retail stores in the US and Canada and starting this Sunday, June 8 at the Windows stores at Best Buy,” the company said.

The tablet is available in three configurations, with i3, i5, or i7 processors, and features either 4GB or 8 GB of RAM, depending on the model you choose. Pricing goes all the way up to $2,000 (€1,500) for the top-of-the-range version.
