A new Inside iTunes feature has been posted by Apple, this time reminding customers that they can access their previously purchased TV shows with all their devices, thanks to recent enhancements to iTunes in the Cloud. And here's how to do it.

The Cupertino, California tech giant addresses customers noting that “The ability to watch previously purchased TV shows on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch or computer, regardless of which device you used to purchase them, is now included in iTunes in the Cloud beta.”

Users of an Apple TV can now watch previously purchased TV shows as well, directly from the set-top box.

To do this, users must use iTunes on their computer, click on the Purchased link in the Quick Links section of the iTunes Store, and then click on the new TV Shows header.

“You can view your entire purchase history, or just what's not currently on your computer,” Apple elaborates.

If the browsing is done on an iPhone or iPod touch, users can hit the the Purchased button in iTunes and tap TV shows for a list of their purchases.

“Tap ‘All TV Episodes’ to navigate through your library by episode and show, and use the cloud download buttons to download what you want,” read the instructions.

On the iPad, customers can use the Purchased tab on the lower right in iTunes and then the View button on the upper left and choose TV Shows to browse their library.

“As with the iPhone and iPod touch, use the cloud download buttons to download what you want,” Apple states.

Finally, owners of an Apple TV first need to upgrade their software to iOS 4.3 (if they haven’t done so already, and they'll find a new Purchased button under TV Shows.

“Use it to access your list of previously purchased TV shows and watch them directly on your Apple TV. You can now also purchase or rent TV shows directly from your Apple TV and then use the Purchased button on your other devices to watch it there as well,” Apple explains.

There are rumors going about a certain iTunes Replay feature that should also materialize soon.
