Sony's paying regular people for thoughts on PlayStation games

Now that Sony's released the Beta version of their PlayStation Home Service, they have some time to rest. By the way, did you get selected for it? Anyway, now Sony's into other kind of business. Recon kind of business to be more exact: they want to know what you think of their games and they're paying good...well not that good, but some money for it. Only in Japan though.

Kotaku reports of some kind of survey Sony's intending to carry out for the following six months, where gamers of all ages - but not older than 30, will be asked their opinions on various games. That "but not older than 30" must be like a kick in the nuts for 30 year olds still stuck at home with their mother doing laundry and cooking food, while they sit in their stinky room playing Need For Speed on the telly.

Anyway, in order to participate you have to enroll, but recruitment will only be carried out by the end of May 6th at 5:00. So hurry! Oh wait, don't hurry, it's Sony that recruits you, so just sit still and hope for the best. OK, I know you're anxious to know about the money. Kotaku says that for three hours of giving opinions on games, players will get paid 2,500 yen, which is $21, while for six hours of impressions, gamers will be given 5,000 yen (that's 42 bucks), plus a lunch for six hours.

Not exactly the jackpot, but a good extra monthly income nonetheless. Oh, I totally forgot - I'm so distracted today, must be 'cause it's Friday and I want to get home faster - If you're under 20 years of age, you need your guardian's consent. OK, that's all, really!
