Leonardo DiCaprio recently split from his model girlfriend Bar Rafaeli but, as expected, he’s not having any trouble with replacing her. The star and Blake Lively have been hanging out together at Cannes, prompting talk of a new romance.

PageSix says it’s almost certain that the two are more than friends, especially since they’ve been spotted out and about together – and never before had they been photographed together.

“DiCaprio and Lively were seen roaming around the Hotel du Cap Eden Roc on Friday night,” the e-zine says.

What’s more, the two apparently made no attempt at hiding from the paparazzi, which is quite uncommon for the usually media-shy Leo.

“She was wearing white and he was in a baseball cap. They walked around the grounds together. It looked like they were a couple,” an eyewitness says for PageSix.

“A source said the two were introduced over dinner at The Lion by ‘Great Gatsby’ director Baz Luhrmann in November,” the e-zine adds.

To make things even more interesting, hours after PageSix came out with the above report, photos of Blake and Leo on a yacht in Cannes emerged online – you can see one of them attached to this article as well.

Steven Spielberg and Lukas Haas were also there – and the four of them seemed to be having lots of fun, talking animatedly and having a laugh over a glass of champagne.

More interestingly, Blake and Leonardo can be seen hugging in several shots and, while this could very well be just a “welcome, nice to see you” hug, their body language in other pics betrays there’s more between them than just friendship, word online has it.

As we also informed you a short while ago, Leo and Bar ended their 4-year romance after they had come to the conclusion that it wasn’t going anywhere anymore: it had simply run its course.

Admittedly, there was no third party involved in the breakup.
