Celebrities would try out anything if it promises to help them lose weight fast and with the least effort on their part, and that includes having “Fat Whisperer” Mary Ascension Saulnier whispering to their fat cells they should leave their body.

As the British Daily Mail puts it, Saulnier is the go-to diet guru in Hollywood right now, because she has proven beyond doubt that, when she tells fatty cells to go away, they actually do just that.

Et voila, almost instant weight loss.

Saulnier is not a scam though, even if her method may make her appear one: the good results she’s gotten so far with celebrities like Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian or Kate Hudson are not entirely down to her “fat whispering” – how could they be.

She couples said “fat whispering” with a very low-calorie diet and several other procedures that zap the extra pounds away. Then, she can say she did it by whispering to cells.

“I command you to get out!” she reportedly yells at the fatty cells during a regular session, which can cost upwards of $220.

“I listen to what emotion is in the cell membrane, then I talk to it. I tell the cell which way to move out of the body,” Saulnier explains in a recent interview.

Yet, the Mail points out, it’s not the whispering or the commanding that do the trick, but a combination of keeping the dieter motivated, a strict diet and several other procedures that are bound to make the extra weight melt away.

“She uses a combination of detoxifying masks, teas and wraps, heated inflatable suits and an ultrasound machine that pelts stubborn zones with sonic waves – which all work their magic while Saulnier orders the clients’ recalcitrant fatty bits to leave the body,” the Mail writes.

“She combines these treatments with a diet of her own devising, that allows 500, 700 and 1,000 calories to be eaten on alternate days,” adds the tab.

“You could go up to 1,500, she says, but celebrities ‘don’t feel comfortable eating that much’,” says the Mail.

In the end, it could be that Saulnier’s “fat whispering” is nothing more than making the dieter aware that, if she or he gains weight, the bill to the weight loss guru will be of astronomical dimensions.
