Hotline Miami, the ultra-violent top-down brawler that amazed PC gamers last year, is out this week on the PlayStation 3 and PS Vita platforms, complete with an exclusive mask of Russell the raging bull, as well as plenty of bonus features.

Hotline Miami delighted plenty of PC owners last year with its challenging and quite violent gameplay, not to mention its kitschy 1980s-style visuals.

Now, after plenty of work, the game is set to debut for the PlayStation 3 and PS Vita this week, via the PlayStation Network.

The two games have improved features to reflect the same fast-paced action as on the PC, as well as new mechanics, like the touchscreen lock-on system for the PS Vita.

Hotline Miami for the PS3 and PS Vita also has a bonus exclusive mask, turning players into Russell the raging bull and transforming the visuals into black, white, and red, according to the PS blog.

The game is out for North American PS3 and PS Vita owners on June 25, while Europeans and those in PAL regions must wait until June 26. Hotline Miami is cross-buy enabled, meaning owners of both platforms need to buy it just once.
