14 DAY TRIAL // At the moment, Tori Spelling is hospitalized for what looks to be pneumonia and her new illness seems to have brought about a moment of sudden realization that her life doesn't seem to be going in the right direction.
While in hospital, Tori has realized that her husband Dean McDermott is nowhere in sight, prompting her to wonder if she is really as happily married as she thought. She goes on to rant on Instagram “This sick in hospital I finally see how quickly life can take it all away frm you. We all need 2 step up frm inside& go 4 it! W/our friends by our side. Sadly I’ve finally faced truth that 1 person will never be there 4 me #TrueTori (sic).”

Tori also added a photo with her sitting on the hospital bed, with an IV drip and connected to a host of machines. We might be inclined to believe she was actually in a serious marital crisis, were she not careful to add the hashtag for her reality series in her message, making it seem like she was in fact promoting it.
It also happens to coincide with the premiere of the second season of her reality series True Tori, which Lifetime decided was worth picking up for at least one more season. Tori hinted in the first episode that she doesn't want to have more children with Dean, after she also warned him that she “felt” pregnant.

During a therapy session with Dr. Ann Wexler, the actress can be heard saying “But because of what I went through, I know that I don’t want any more babies with him.”
Spelling also made a big deal about confronting Dean's mistress, Emily Goodhard, in a face-to-face talk, but fans were left hanging on the edges of their seats. The only thing that Tori had to say when she first saw the photo of the woman was “Oh God, I'm devastated.”
Of course, some have indicated that the whole scandal is made up because Us Weekly, the first to cover the scandal and the only publication to have a tell-all interview with Emily detailing her two-night affair with Dean, didn't actually go ahead and publish the article online.
No one knows what Emily looks like because was blurred on the show, but we did get to see Tori react to her photo, “I was completely blown away by what Emily looked like. I found her unattractive. Before this, I would never have felt threatened by that girl. I'd be like, ‘My husband would never,’ but now all bets are off. It could be anyone.”
