HootSuite for BlackBerry is now available for download for BlackBerry users fond of their social networking lives. While this might not seem too much, the fact that the new mobile application is available for free and that it sports support for both Facebook and Twitter should. The eagerly anticipated HootSuite for BlackBerry mobile application was released with enhanced support for social networking, so that those interested in using it would get the most of it, even if it is available only in a beta flavor at the moment.

HootSuite also takes advantage of the mobile device’s functionality by giving BlackBerry fans the tools to update both Facebook and Twitter. The public beta version of HootSuite for BlackBerry was released for a wide range of devices, and platform versions, and it is compatible with OS 4.2.1, 4.5, 4.6, 5.0, and 6.0, and can be used on touch-enabled smartphones too.

The free application comes as a free tool that complements one's HootSuite web account, while offering users the possibility to send messages, monitor conversations, and more, all straight from the mobile phone in their hand.
