14 DAY TRIAL // Another day, another Honey Boo Boo interview: this time, she and her mother June Shannon sat down for a talk with Dr. Drew. This could have gone very well, but Honey Boo Boo was totally over it.
So she feigned falling asleep in the (vain) hope that Dr. Drew would eventually leave her be and stop asking her questions.
Useless to point out, her strategy didn’t work.
In the end, she had to answer to the question “do you like being on TV?” and incidentally revealed a bit of info fans don’t know what to do with: she hates it.
“No! I hate it! Fans come up to me and I hate it,” Honey Boo Boo told Dr. Drew, as the video above will confirm.
There’s a lot to talk about here so I’m just going to leave you with a few questions that crossed my mind as I was watching this: is Honey Boo Boo too ill behaved?, isn’t she so because she’s used to the attention and constantly wants more?, how will this affect her later in life?, do you think Mama June is forcing her into showbiz?
