Amanda doesn't have enough money these days to go to a hotel, so she's forced to live on the street, as the photo proves

Amanda Bynes' story is getting more tragic by the day. After yesterday it was revealed that her parents simply gave up on her conservatorship and decided to move to Texas as they felt that they could no longer control their daughter and that a medical professional would have more success in treating Amanda.

Today, TMZ posts photos of a sleeping Amanda whom they describe as “in desperate straits” and who was caught napping on a sofa in the middle of The Beverly Center in Los Angeles. This can be simply explained: the actress doesn't have access to her money anymore and is thus forced to live on the streets.

Amanda doesn't get enough money per day to afford a hotel room, is forced to live on the street

In order to prevent her overspending, Amanda's parents cut her access to her funds and instead gave her $50 (€40) and $100 (€80) gift certificates on a daily basis. While this is enough to feed her, it's nowhere near enough to have her pay for a room in a decent hotel.

The photos were taken on early Thursday morning, November 6, and they show Amanda dozing off on one couch, looking very tired after she had no doubt wondered the streets all night. She had been crashing at friends' places up until yesterday, but it seems that the time for favors has run out and she's now trying to find other means of accommodation.

Amanda and her parents are at odds over her conservatorship

Amanda has lashed out against her parents on social media, blasting them for not giving her the money she needs in order to survive and also forbidding her access to her home, but Rick and Lynn Bynes feel that she needs to be convinced to take her medication, after being caught acting erratically several times.

Now the parents have asked a judge to find them a doctor who is better suited to control Amanda and they plan to entrust conservatorship right to that person, as well as finding a money manager for her finances, while they move to Texas  to be closer to their other daughter.

By doing this, her parents hope that they will be able to reconcile with Amanda, who has nothing but hate for them at the moment. Since they won't be controlling her or her money anymore, they hope that Amanda will talk to them again and they will be able to have a relationship, albeit a long-distance one.
