Holly Madison is now a first-time mommy but, in between nursing her daughter Rainbow and adjusting to her new life as a mother, she’s also found the time to work hard to get her pre-pregnancy body back.

Of course, some of you will say, she can afford to spend this much time at the gym and watching her diet because she has the resources to do so, but that doesn’t make her most recent feat any less impressive.

In just 6 weeks after giving birth, Holly dropped 60 pounds (13.6 kg), telling the most recent issue of Life & Style magazine that she’s only 10 pounds (4.5 kg) shy of her ideal figure.

Not only is she slimmer but she’s just as confident as ever, agreeing to a photospread for the magazine in a two-piece swimsuit. Yes, she has every reason to be proud.

“I was surprised by how much weight I gained. I was a little worried about wearing a bikini, but I feel surprisingly good!” the former glamour girl says.

She’s managed to lose the weight thanks to a program called eDiets, which delivers small meals wherever you are, thus helping you do proper portion control.

Holly’s plan included a maximum of 1,100 calories a day, which would explain how come she could shift the extra weight so quickly.

She also did plenty of exercise, including cardio.

However, Holly’s message isn’t one of the “starve yourself to be skinny” type. She says she’s happy she switched to healthier meals because her diet was rather “poor” before she became pregnant, and now she has her daughter to think of as well.

Even if she couldn’t lose those last pounds, she’d still be happy, she believes.

“Who cares if I still need to lose 10 pounds? I’ve been really healthy and done the best I could. I’m really proud of how I look right now!” Madison says.
