It’s only natural to take all steps necessary to protect that which we use and profit from the most. Holly Madison, Hugh Hefner’s former number 1 girlfriend and former Bunny, thought the same when she took out an insurance policy on her breasts.

This is not just a rumor either: Holly herself has confirmed the news to People magazine. The insurance is with Lloyd’s of London and is meant to protect her and the other staff members of her Las Vegas show, she says.

Plus, it wouldn’t be the first time that a celebrity does something as wacky as to insure parts of their anatomy.

“I’ve heard about people getting body parts insured and I thought, why not?,” the glamour model and reality star reveals for the celebrity publication.

She didn’t do it just on a whim, though.

“Because if anything happened to my [breasts], I’d be out for a few months and I’d probably be out a million dollars. I thought I’d cover my assets,” she further says.

Of course, Holly’s breasts are not all-natural, as fans must surely know. She’s spoken about the plastic surgery she’s had before – and confirmed she had a little help with her generous cleavage.

Nevertheless, in one of her past interviews, Holly also said that she was done for the time being with plastic surgery, since she’d gotten all the improvement she thought she needed to have a successful career.

She also said she would never consider Botox, as we also reported at the time.

“Maybe when I’m getting older, but I’m done with it for now. I don’t like when people inject a lot of stuff in their face because then their faces move all weird,” she said.

“I think when young girls are thinking about plastic surgery they need to go to a very wealthy house party in Beverly Hills. All they need to do is look at all the old people in the room and be like, ‘Oh, maybe I don’t want to get my lips done. Maybe I don’t want to get Botox,’ because you see how it ages,” she further said.
